From your antigen

Let's design your antibody by de novo protein design, from your antigen sequence, with anticipated developability.

From your antigen to designed sequences.

How it works

  1. FeasibilitydaysFree

We score your antigen and the site you want to engage, and return a compatibility verdict. Free.

  2. Prototypingweek 1

A short scoping run on your actual target: we design the workflow it needs and size the generative campaign, so the quote reflects your target rather than an average one.

  3. Generative designweeks 2–4

Binders generated against the chosen site on a clinically precedented scaffold, under developability constraints

  4. Computational triageweeks 4–5

Filters on sequence liabilities, structure and independent re-prediction narrow the output to 50 to 200 candidates worth looking at closely

  5. Molecular dynamicsweeks 5–6

The shortlist is pre-validated dynamically: we watch the complex hold, or fail to hold, before anything is expressed

  6. Wet-lab validationweeks 7–9

Best candidates expressed and tested: binding, expression, behaviour in solution

You approve each stage before the next one starts.

What you receive

Pick a format to see what you receive.

The feasibility study is free in every case, and the quotation follows it rather than preceding it.

A name or a public identifier such as a UniProt accession or a PDB code is enough. Confidential sequences are exchanged later, under a confidentiality agreement.

If you know the site, tell us. If you do not, that is part of what the study addresses.

For example: a target that resists immunisation, a patent to design around, poor developability.
